Return and Refund Policy
For ordinary returns, return shipping costs the normal shipping rate for the country and selected service. Free shipping on the original order does not make return shipping free. The exception for damaged or defective goods still applies.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@Painfree creams.com.
Return Process
Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped back to our designated address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange a suitable replacement. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including products that have been opened and used.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Contact us to cancel.
